Brambles Inn Policies

The Brambles is open year-round; all major credit cards accepted. All rates include a full country breakfast.

Check In and Cancellation Policies
  • Check-in is 3:00pm and Check-out is 12:00pm. Early check- in available upon request.
  • When making a reservation please let us know if you have any special dietary needs.
  • 5-day cancellation policy. All cancellations must occur at least 5 days prior to arrival date. Your credit card will be charged one night’s rate plus tax if a reservation is cancelled after this deadline. In the event that no cancellation occurs and guest is a no-show, guest will be responsible for full amount of reservation.
  • Late cancellations on special 2-night minimum weekends (i.e. family, alumni weekends) will incur a charge for the full length of reservation.
  • Discounted rates may be negotiated for extended stays. These rates will not be honored if guest chooses to end their stay before the agreed upon length of time. In this situation the guest will be charged full price for the length of time the guest was in residence.
  • A 100% non-smoking environment.
Room Rates (as of 11/01/2011)

Sunday – Thursday $120.00* per night
Friday and Saturday $135.00* per night

*Special weekends may require a 2-night minimum reservation
